Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation
