How do I make a purchase?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation message via email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Yes, you can request a shipping address change as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Delivery rates vary depending on your country and current shipping charges at the time of order.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Delivery charges apply

How long will it take until I receive my order?

For orders within Saudi Arabia (KSA), delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

For international orders, delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
